Never Forget Personalized Plaque

We live in tumultuous times. The tragedy of 9/11 and the struggles our country has faced has caused
worry and fear and horror. It has also created uncommon courage. I heard it said once that hard times
do not develop character, it reveals it. Imagine a man who spent his entire career as a policeman but
comes out of retirement to join the Department of Homeland Security after 9/11. His wife wanted a gift
to present to him for this sacrifice. I sleep better at night knowing there are such people in
this land.

This hero’s wife told me; “We just got back from vacation and the package was here waiting for us.
It is beautiful. You did such a wonderful job with this. My husband absolutely loves it, too. Thank
